Opened in Summer 2015, this major retail park development contains major branches of Sainsbury’s and M&S and a Costa Coffee unit.
GTA Civils & Transport carried out all the civil engineering design in partnership with Gyoury Self, who undertook the structural design.
Design work included a major new signalised junction to Bugsby’s Way and Gallions Road, new roundabout access to the development and full drainage and external works design to the site. Large surface water storage tanks located under the car park store peak surface water run-off before discharge to the Thames Water network.
